Staple and Perk Bakery

Looking for a perfect place to unwind after a long and stressful day? Or even during the weekends? Well, there’s this bakery and del coffee shop that’s open 24 hours! Yup, you heard that right, it’s open 24 hours! This chill and cozy place is called Staple and Perk Bakery located in the newly built Ecoplaza Building, Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City. Well, just last Friday (October 10), my friends and I decided to check out what this bakery/restaurant has to offer.

The first thing I Cheap Jordan Shoes noticed when I stepped inside the bakery was the wonderful ambiance and feel of the whole place. With approximately 200 square meters the place was extremely Cheap Oakleys spacious and even had a second floor for additional seating or event.

On top of that, the design of the place was really very picturesque to be honest. With white walls, to unique decorations, to stuff toys being displayed, and even chalk sign boards, the place is perfect for random photos and Instagram moments. The whole set up was really made to make the customers feel relaxed and at home. Look at those cute stuff toys and the black, white, wooden brown color scheme!

After we settled in, my friends and I decided to order three different dishes. My friend Joche, ordered the Bacon & Cheese French Toast, while my friend Fides ordered the Red Wine Braised Beef. I, on the other hand, ordered the Bacon Flat Bread. My order was recommended by the restaurant’s owner, Aldrin Lim, which coincidentally is also my schoolmate (small world, I know). Coincidentally, Aldrin personally bakes and constantly creates new dishes to serve.

Here’s the Bacon & French Toast at P130! Really crunchy outer layer with the tasty bacon inside.

Here’s the Red Wine Braised Beef at P200. Really soft and custom jerseys tender beef with the unique twist of Red wine sauce. Would recommend it for Beef Lovers.

Last but not least, here’s the Bacon Flat Bread at P180. Melted cheese with bacon is always a perfect combo, combine that with the hot, toasted crusted flat bread, then it’s way better than your ordinary pizza! FYI, This flat bread was inspired from Turkish breads, how cool is that!

But we couldn’t leave the place without dessert right? So we decided to try out some cheesecakes. Just like the main dish, we decided to get three different flavors of Cheesecake: the Lime Cheesecake, Triple Cheese Cheesecake, wholesale jerseys and the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake. Well since I’m such a sweet tooth, I personally loved all three!

But what stood out for me is the Lime Cheesecake (the one on top). It had this unique blend of sour and sweet, which was a perfect interplay of taste for me! But if you’re a sugar lover then you would certainly love the Chocolate Chip Cheesecake for sure!
